thanks to Shaina's mom for reminding me with your very nice posting: Can’t get enough of yoghurt!
Angie's grandma used to give her yoghurt while she was around 7 months old. however, some websites advise not to give yoghurt to baby under 12 months, which will bring bad effect to her digesting system.
read:
Studies show that yogurt can be given to babies as young as 9 months of age. While it is recommended that you wait to give dairy products to your child after they reach one year old, yogurt is processed differently by the body than milk and is more soothing to the stomach and less likely to cause allergic reactions.
While yogurt has many good health benefits, do not feed yogurt to infants, especially those under age one. The proteins in yogurt may trigger diarrhea, sleeplessness and colic. It may also cause skin and breathing allergies later in the child's life.
best time for having yoghurt: 30 minutes after a meal.
better in the evening, or shortly before bedtime.

barusan makan yogurt rasa banana strawberry..uenaak hehhee..dulu gak doyan, gara2x kemaren temanku bilang banyak manfaatnya.
eh besok aku sambung baca yg laen. google readerku gendeng. masak tulisanmu nyampe 25 feb doank trus gak ada update-an baru
iya, aku juga gak doyan sebenarnya. rasanya kaya bau muntahan (*glek, maap*). tapi berhub manfaatnya banyak, waktu dulu hamil sampai rela deh minum yoghurt yg plain.
Aku doyan, suamiku apalagi..
Tapi anak2ku gak ada yang doyan :(
Eh, Jessica masih mending sih.. kalo Florian aduhhhh anti milk products :(
wah mulai mamam yoghurt ya?
btw, info kadang2 bikin bingung juga ya? Ada artikel yang bilang, best to consume yoghurt is 1st thing in the morning, karena itu saatnya pencernaan bisa digest secara sempurna dan semua bakteri yoghurt bisa bekerja dengan baik.
Jadi, aku kadang malah kalau shaina baru bangun, aku kasih susu (ASI perahan) terus 15 menit kemudian kukasih yoghurt, base on that info yang aku baca. Jadi binun d sekarang.
Yg penting, keep consuming yoghurt d, prevention is evrything ;)
