Don't eat fruits immediately - will cause stomach to be bloated with air. take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal. 3. Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest however Japanese Green tea is known as a drink which has many benefits for your health. 4. Don't loosen your belt - will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked. 5. Don't bathe - will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach. 6. Don't walk about - will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. 7. Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine. |

They all ring true except #4. Maybe it should say "Don't tighten your belt..." Or, "Don't loosen your belt- will cause you to think there is more room for food when there is not. Sort of like, don't unbutton your jeans in order to eat more food more comfortably. :)

No.1 << malah dilakukan sebagian besar perokok ya... katanya enak abis makan ngerokok.. Aku anti rokok sih..
No. 2 << baru tau niy.. biasanya pencuci mulut malah buah ??
No. 3 << baru tau juga deh.. aku jarang sih minum teh nemenin makan, tapi kadang2 minum teh juga abis makan kalo lagi gak enak badan..
No. 4 << oh... gitu ya...
No. 5 << Kalo ini sih emang gak pernah, biasanya mandi/berendam/renang dulu baru makan..
No. 6 << Gak boleh jalan2 gitu maksudnya?
No. 7 << Gak pernah juga..
kalau kita paling suka yg no 2 tuh.
apalagi suami, habis makan langsung deh makan buah, baru tahu ya kurang bagus...

baru tau nih klo ngerokok abis makan ternyata bahaya banget... mo kastaw temen2ku yang perokok ahh... biar pada tobat. hihihi...
hehehe... nah masalahnya kalo udah kenyang banged pasti pengennya malas2an... golek-golek... eh ketiduran...
